Sculpt Lab Fitness Waiver and Release of Liability

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in fitness classes at Sculpt Lab Fitness involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, cardiovascular strain, muscular injuries, and the possibility of accidents. I understand that while the instructors will guide and support me throughout the classes, the nature of physical activity carries risks that cannot be entirely eliminated.

2. Medical Clearance
I confirm that I am in good health and have received any necessary medical clearance to participate in fitness activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that might affect my ability to safely participate in classes. I agree to stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain and will immediately notify the instructor.

3. Assumption of Responsibility
By participating in classes at Sculpt Lab Fitness, I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in these activities and accept all associated risks, whether known or unknown.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in fitness classes at Sculpt Lab Fitness, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Sculpt Lab Fitness, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that I may suffer as a result of my participation in fitness classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sculpt Lab Fitness, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of my participation in fitness classes.

6. Photographic and Media Release
I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during classes for promotional purposes by Sculpt Lab Fitness. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such media.

7. Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law
This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

9. Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability. I fully understand the risks involved and am voluntarily participating in the fitness classes at Sculpt Lab Fitness.
